Each box contains 10 cylinders of the corresponding color. Blue box – the height of the cylinder changes, Red box – the diameter of the cylinder changes, Yellow box – both the height and diameter of the cylinder change, Green box – both the height and diameter of the cylinder change.
Direct goal: ability to perceive dimensions visually, arranging cylinders in a sequence from smallest to largest or vice versa.
Indirect goal: preparation for mathematics, experimenting with sizes.
