Delivery and Payments
PRODUCT DELIVERY
smartandplay.com makes shopping as simple and convenient as possible – place an order at www.smartandplay.com online store, and if the item you selected is available in our warehouse, we will forward it to the courier service within 1-4 business days after receiving the payment for the order.
smartandplay.com offers 3 product delivery methods (all prices are indicated in euros with VAT):
- Delivery of goods to
parcel lockers throughout the Baltics.
parcel lockers throughout the Baltics.- The delivery cost for one package in Latvia is 2.99 euros or FREE if the order amount is over 150.00 euros.
- The delivery cost to parcel machines in Lithuania or Estonia is 4.99 euros per package.
Delivery terms:
- Place the order and choose “Omniva Parcel Machine” as the delivery method with the desired pickup point.
- Payment method for the product – prepayment;
- The maximum package weight for Omniva lockers is 30 kg and the maximum size for L package is 64 x 38 x 39 cm.
- When your ordered item is delivered to the designated pickup point, you will receive an SMS from the courier service, which will include the following information: parcel number, PIN code, address and/or name of the pickup point;
- You must collect your parcel within the time frame indicated in the SMS about parcel receipt (otherwise, the parcel will be sent back to smartandplay.com);
- The cost of resending the returned package is 4.99 euros.
- Delivery by courier.

FREE DELIVERY with a courier in Riga and the Olaines region, if the order amount is above 300.00 euros, and throughout Latvia, if the order amount is above 500.00 euros !
Delivery terms:
- You will receive an SMS message from the courier service regarding the delivery date and approximate time window. If you are unavailable and cannot receive the shipment on that day, please contact the courier service immediately after receiving the SMS to arrange another delivery date!
- On the delivery day, the courier representative will call you and inform you about the delivery time of the order.
- If you do not answer the call or are not at the delivery address, the order will be sent to the courier company’s warehouse for storage, and an additional fee will be charged.
- Items weighing over 30 kg are delivered only to the house or apartment building entrance door. Additional delivery services (e.g., loading assistance) are not available.
- Individual delivery for large or non-standard orders, or delivery outside the Baltic countries.

PRODUCT PAYMENT
smartandplay.com offers 2 payment methods for products:
- Bank Transfer.
After placing the order, we will send you a confirmation email with our bank details and order number. Please, when making the payment, include the order number.
For legal entities, we prepare a separate advance invoice upon request, and for state and municipal institutions – a structured electronic invoice.
The order must be paid within 5 business days (unless another term is specified in the invoice), otherwise, your order will be canceled!
The order processing and dispatch will be carried out only after the payment is received in our bank account. - Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).
When placing an order, select “Pay by internet banking or credit card” among the payment methods. You will be automatically redirected to our partner’s site where you will need to enter the necessary payment details.
